By using the Pandora Security Labs services, you give your consent your personal data that you submit to Pandora Security Labs may be processed by Pandora Security Labs in the manner and for the purposes described in the following privacy policy. If you do not agree to this terms and conditions set forth herein do not use Pandora Security Labs’ security services.


At Pandora Security Labs Inc. (“Pandora Security Labs”), we recognize that privacy is important. This Policy applies to all of the software, services, information, tools, features and functionality located on the Site/s offered by Pandora Security Labs or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, the “Services”) and covers how personal and other information that Pandora Security Labs collects and receives, including information related to use of the Services, is treated.

  • Links – Links to other sites may be provided by Pandora Security Labs as a convenience to our customers. Pandora Security Labs is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by us.
  • Maintenance-Pandora Security Labs uses the information that you provide or that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features and services found on the Site as well as to track user-generated content and Users to the extent necessary to comply as a service provider with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
  • eMail- We may use your email address, without further consent, for administrative communications such as notifying you of major Site updates, for customer service purposes, to address copyright infringement or defamation issues, or to contact you regarding any content that you have posted to or downloaded from the Site.
  • Analysis- Pandora Security Labs uses all of the information that we collect to understand the usage trends and preferences of our users, to improve the way the Site works and looks, and to create new features and functionality.
  • Data Retention – You agree that Pandora Security Labs may retain (but shall have no obligation to retain) your data for a limited reasonable period after your trial or license has been terminated, expired, or otherwise lapsed, for the sole purpose of enabling you to renew your license to the Services shortly thereafter.


Choices for personal information:

When you sign up for Services we ask you to provide contact information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose of the services, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.

If we propose to use personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Policy and/or in the specific service notices, we will offer you an effective way to opt out of the use of personal information for those other purposes. Data integrity, accessing and updating personal information:

Pandora Security Labs processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy or any applicable service agreements. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our Services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

  • Upon receipt of your written request and enough information to permit us to identify your personal information, we will disclose to you the information we hold about you. We will also correct, amend or delete any personal information that is inaccurate and notify any third party recipients of the necessary changes.
  • We do not charge for complying with a correction request, however, for all other requests, we may charge a small fee to cover its costs. Requests to delete personal information are subject to any applicable legal and ethical reporting or document retention obligations imposed on Pandora Security Labs.

When we receive formal written complaints it is Pandora Security Labs’ policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal information that cannot be resolved between Pandora Security Labs and an individual.


Changes to this Privacy Policy:

Pandora Security Labs may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

You are responsible for ensuring your users agree to onward transfer of data for the purposes hereof and that your users are bound by terms similar to those set forth herein, no less protective of Pandora Security Labs than those set forth herein including those set forth under the Terms of Use that this Policy is attached to.
